紅外熱電偶,
擴(kuò)大的溫度范圍
在規(guī)定溫度范圍,紅外熱電偶可與大多數(shù)熱電偶儀表或 控制器配合使用。例如,OS36-J-50F在-18 ~ 27°C (0 ~ 80°F)范圍內(nèi)的精度為2%。
下表給出了一系列方程式,利用這些方程式可通過(guò)測(cè)量 紅外熱電偶(IR-TC)的輸出電壓計(jì)算測(cè)量溫度。如果需 要,可在任何已知恒定溫度,例如25°C (77°F),設(shè) 定冷端(CJ)校正。如果CJ溫度未知且不穩(wěn)定,建議您 使用OMEGA CJ連接設(shè)備,如TRC IIIA或CJ-K。這樣 將把溫度校準(zhǔn)到0°C (32°F),并且可以使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓表而 不必另外進(jìn)行冷端補(bǔ)償。那樣,CJT便可以在下面的多 項(xiàng)式表中省略。
