You can completely eliminate downtime resulting from flow sensor maintenance with the simple addition of OMEGA’s FP-319 Wet Tap Valve Assembly. The FP-319 serves as a unique interface between your OMEGA sensor and matched sensor installation fitting. It provides you with a safe and fast method of removing a specially extended sensor from your pipe, under normal operating pressures. Additionally, the molded PVC design of the Wet Tap Assembly makes it resistant to corrosion and chemical attack by acids, alkalies, salt solutions, and many other harsh chemicals. When ordering the Wet Tap Assembly, you can choose from two OMEGA flow sensor models. The Paddlewheel Flow Sensor features a patented “open-cell” rotor, resulting in ±1% linearity over the full flow range.
